5 large tomatoes, (seeded*), then diced
1/2 medium white onion, finely diced
1/4 chopped cilantro (+ set aside for garnish!)
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 Tbsp smoked paprika
1 tsp ground cumin
2 tsp olive oil
1 lime, juiced
Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
Sea salt to taste
* Note: If you like your salsa super thick, the seeding helps. If you’d like a thinner consistency, then no need to remove the seeds.
Chop or food process (depending on your preferred consistency), and add it to a bowl. VOILA!
