This cheese from <<Miyoko's Kitchen>> is an all-star favorite and a MUST-TRY even if you like traditional cheese. It has the taste and texture of mozzarella, but it is a no-junk vegan "cheese"!

The <<Le Pain des fleurs>> quinoa crispbread (gluten-free!) pairs beautifully with it. These are made by a French company known for its commitment to simple, gluten-free, soy-free, and organic "crispbreads" (they're like a cross between crackers and bread).

Serving Ideas

  • This time we topped it with some dried rosemary from right here on the island.
  • Thinly slice a plum tomato and/or cucumber (in round slices) and add that on top of the cheese.
  • Freshly grind pepper, with or without the rosemary, tomato, and cucumber options.
