In what surely felt like the best medical publication of forever, two separate studies brought us the news we all (most of us?) wanted to hear.
One report from the University of Cologne (Germany) appears in The Journal of the American Medical Association.
The study found that only dark chocolate (not white or milk chocolate) indicated lowered blood pressure.
Does this mean to come buy out our dark chocolate supply + gorge yourself on chocolates?! We're definitely not recommending that for your healthy 2018, but we can tell you that our dark chocolate selection is purposefully well stocked.
