"Building Community Around Food "
Our goal is to offer the best of local grown produce and local made products.
Locating quality local sources proved to be very easy. Our fresh repertoire added organic produce as well as local Island eggs from Smith Farms, produce from Morning Glory Farm and Whippoorwill Farm as well as other local growers in season. A bountiful harvest was readily available which we complemented with a few carefully chosen selections from the New England Produce Center in Chelsea, MA.
The opportunity arose to eliminate unnecessary costs by providing the freshest produce with the best price. Our next step was to
install a coffee bean roaster. We could now produce many delicious fresh roasted coffee beans varieties.
Tisbury Farm Market has evolved from a 'fruit stand' to a one stop shopping center boasting a butcher shop, a gourmet store fully stocked with healthy foods and supplements as well as a complete kitchen manned by local celebrity chef Marvin Jones at the Vineyard Grocer location a few blocks away.
